immunoMUSE™ kits for IF

Whether you are looking for more sensitivity to visualize critical low biomarkers (e.g. PD-L1, HER2-low), or you want to multiplex and are limited by the availability of suitable primary/secondary pairs, the immunoMUSE™ kits will help you reach your goals.

Why choose immunoMUSE™?

  • Superior sensitivity
10x higher than fluorescent secondary antibodies and significantly improves signal-to-noise ratio

  • Uncompromised Specificity
Minimal primary Ab modification and orthogonal self-assembling DNA nanotechnology preserves specificity

  • Real, fast and scalable Multiplexing
Simultaneous multiplex detection regardless of antibody isotype (up to 7-plex in one run within one day)

Our kits

We offer off-the-shelf kits for immunofluorescence (IF) in 2-plex (488nm, 647nm) and 4-plex formats (488nm, 550nm, 594nm, 647nm) with enough reagents for typically 50 slides.

For higher plexity (up to 7-plex), chromogenic staining (e.g. HRP) , Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC)  and more applications please send us your request.

To prepare your primary antibodies for use with the MUSE® kits, the corresponding MUSE® tags and conjugation reagents must be purchased separately. Alternatively, we offer an affordable conjugation service to ensure you have everything needed to begin your staining straight away.

Why would you still use secondary antibodies? Just use immunoMUSE™
