Our kits

We offer standard rnaMUSE™ kits for RNA FISH in 2-plex (488nm, 647nm) and 4-plex formats (488nm, 550nm, 594nm, 647nm) with enough reagents for typically 50 slides.

Other plexity (up to 7-plex available) and fluors upon request.

For using the MUSE® kits in RNA FISH, we specifically generate sets of RNA probes just for you at a small fee. Please contact us, to discuss your experiment.

Please note that while rnaMUSE™ has been successfully applied to a wide range of tissues by us and our customers, the probes have not been specifically validated for your tissue type or application.
We strongly recommend using standard fixation protocols and conducting preliminary tests to optimize conditions. Our team is happy to provide guidance as needed. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for approximately 50 slides, which typically allows for both initial testing and full experimental runs
